1. Free Consultation
Connect with Phoenix Freedom Wigs to discuss your goals and concerns. Your consultant is also a Freedom Wig wearer, bringing personal understanding alongside professional guidance. We make the custom process simple, precise, and completely personalised — with you involved at every key stage.
2. 3D Scan Measurement
A detailed 3D scan of your head is taken to capture your exact shape and contours. This data forms the foundation for your custom vacuum-fit base.
3. Hair Selection
You’ll select your preferred hair length, density, texture, and colour direction to suit your style and desired look. This ensures the design reflects you before any physical fitting begins.
4. Template Cap Fit & Colour Approval
A custom template cap is created from your 3D scan and fitted to your head to test comfort, security, and the vacuum seal.
If any adjustments are required, they are made at this stage — before the final wig is produced.
At the same time, hair colour swatches are provided for your approval, allowing you to confirm the exact shade before manufacturing begins.
5. Manufacturing
Once both the fit and hair colour are approved, your Freedom Wig is meticulously handcrafted in New Zealand using premium human hair and medical-grade materials, made to your exact specifications.
6. Fit, Finish & Styling Support
When your wig is ready, we assist with final fitting and provide styling guidance to ensure your Freedom Wig blends seamlessly and feels completely natural
